Remove giblets from the chicken and pat it dry using paper towels.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, Italian seasoning, poultry seasoning, paprika, and salt.
Rub the seasoning mix all over the chicken, including under the skin if possible.
Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Place the chicken breast-side down in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 30 minutes, then flip the chicken.
Cook for another 20–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving. Enjoy!
