Ingredients

  • Artichoke hearts canned and quartered – 2 cans ( 28 oz)
  • Extra virgin olive oil – 1/2 cup
  • White wine vinegar – 1/4 cup
  • Garlic clove – 1 clove
  • Dried oregano – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried chili flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper fresh ground – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Dried parsley – 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse artichoke hearts.
  • Place artichokes in mixing bowl.
  • Add olive oil and vinegar.
  • Add garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix gently until evenly coated.
  • Transfer to storage container.
  • Let rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
