Ingredients
▢
Artichoke hearts
canned and quartered – 2 cans ( 28 oz)
▢
Extra virgin olive oil – 1/2 cup
▢
White wine vinegar – 1/4 cup
▢
Garlic clove – 1 clove
▢
Dried oregano – 1/2 teaspoon
▢
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
▢
Dried chili flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
▢
Black pepper
fresh ground – 1/4 teaspoon
▢
Dried parsley – 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Drain and rinse artichoke hearts.
Place artichokes in mixing bowl.
Add olive oil and vinegar.
Add garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Mix gently until evenly coated.
Transfer to storage container.
Let rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
