  • ¼ oz allspice dram
  • ½ oz Fall simple syrup**
  • 10 drops of Woodford’s Sorghum and Sassafras bitters
  • 16 drops of Old Forester’s Smoked Cinnamon bitters
  • Garnish: cinnamon stick orange peel

Instructions

  • In a mixing glass, combine the rum, fall simple syrup, allspice dram, and bitters.
  • Fill the glass with ice and stir until the mixture is chilled, but don’t let it get too watery.
