Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally, pat dry, and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk eggs with garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
In another plate, mix Parmesan cheese and flour for the breading.
Dip each chicken piece into egg mixture, then coat with Parmesan mixture.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add lemon juice, broth, and pepper.
Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over, and serve with lemon slices and parsley.
