Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped basil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into individual circles.
Spread pizza sauce on half of each dough circle.
Layer cooked chicken, mushrooms, green bell peppers, and cheese mixture over the sauce.
Fold dough over filling and seal edges well. Brush tops with beaten egg.
Place calzones on baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving.
