Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Add chicken drumsticks and cooking oil to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly with the spice mixture.
Arrange the drumsticks on a baking sheet or oven-safe pan in a single layer.
Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway, until skin is crispy and chicken is cooked through.
Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
