  • 2 cups frozen peas thawed
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets finely chopped
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed or shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Add mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, combine peas, cauliflower, bacon, cheddar cheese, and red onion.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently mix until everything is coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
