  • 1 teaspoon dragon fruit powder
  • ⅛-½ teaspoon green coffee powder
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • ice cubes
  • ½ cup mango juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened light coconut milk
  • ¼ cup dragon fruit
  • frozen or fresh; diced

Instructions

  • Whisk together dragon fruit powder, green tea powder, and 2 tablespoons of apple juice in a small bowl until smooth.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, the dragon fruit mixture, remaining apple juice, mango juice, and coconut milk.
  • Attach the lid and shake well until fully combined.
  • Add ice cubes and diced dragon fruit to a large serving glass.
  • Pour the mixed drink over the ice and fruit.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
