In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, molasses, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Arrange the marinated wings on the rack, making sure they aren't overlapping.
Bake the wings for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they’re crispy and cooked through.
