Prep the Tomatoes: Cut each cherry tomato in half and scoop out the insides. Discard the insides and keep the skins.
Add Pesto: Pour pesto sauce into a squirt bottle and squirt it around the rim of each tomato skin.
Fill with Cream Cheese: Spoon cream cheese into each tomato skin. Don’t worry about making a mess; let the pesto blend with the cream cheese for a spooky look!
Add Olive Eyes: Press a sliced black olive into the center of each filled tomato.
Finish with Pesto: Squirt a small amount of pesto into the middle of each olive.
Assemble: Place 1 or 2 “eyeballs” on a large basil leaf and skewer with a toothpick.
