Crush the Oreos using a rolling pin or food processor to make “dirt” (optional for faster pudding cups).
Spoon 1 cup of pudding into each plastic cup (or ½ cup for smaller treats).
If using the “dirt,” sprinkle a layer of crushed Oreo on top of the pudding.
Use black icing to write "R.I.P" on each cookie, making a headstone.
Insert the cookie headstone into the pudding so it stands upright.
Decorate with gummy worms, candy pumpkins, and candy bones.
Serve immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 2 days (cookies may soften if left too long).
