Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F and line a large baking sheet with baking paper.
Cut and roll out the pizza dough into 8 rectangles. Slice the sides of each rectangle horizontally to create thin strips.
Spread pizza sauce in the center of each rectangle, then top with mozzarella, salami, baby spinach, and capsicum, leaving the strips on the sides plain.
Fold the dough strips over the toppings to form an X pattern, resembling mummy bandages, and gently press them in place.
Lightly spray the tops with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the dough turns golden.
For the spider garnish, cut one olive in half for the "body" and slice another into thin rounds to make "legs."
Arrange the pizza mummies on a plate, dust with a little flour for a spooky look, and add edible eyeballs.
Place the olive "spiders" around the mummies and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
