Halloween Spider Cheese Ball Recipe

This cute Spider Cheese Ball only needs a few ingredients with a homemade or store-bought cheeseball, seeds, pretzels and olives. This is so easy and fun for a Halloween Party!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 packages 8 ounces each cream cheese softened
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup black sesame seeds
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • Additional pretzels and crackers for serving

Instructions

  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and olive oil until smooth.

  • Add goat cheese, green onions, garlic, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper, then mix well.

  • Chill the cheese mixture for 30 minutes.
  • Roll the mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls (small spiders) or 3-inch balls (large spiders).

  • Coat each ball in black sesame seeds.
