Equipment

Ingredients

  • Brown Sugar Syrup:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup water
  • Shaken Espresso:
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 2-3 shots of espresso
  • ¼-½ cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar syrup
  • Cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and water.
  • Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Transfer to a heatproof glass jar and let cool.
  • Brew espresso and pour into a tall mason jar with 1 cup of ice.
  • Add cooled syrup, cover, and shake vigorously for 5 seconds.
  • Pour into a tall glass with ice, top with oat milk, and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
