  • Bacon slices – 8 slices
  • Bacon seasoning – 1 teaspoon
  • Extra virgin olive oil – 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Trim the tough ends of the asparagus.
  • Divide asparagus into 8 bundles with 4 spears each.
  • Wrap one bacon slice around each bundle.
  • Place bundles on baking tray.
  • Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle seasoning.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes until bacon is crisp.
  • Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
