Ingredients

  • 9 Full Chicken Wings drums & flat
  • 1 Tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano Try this one
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika Try this one
  • 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper I recommend this one
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce I use Sriracha
  • 10 Grams garlic minced
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Parsley
  • 50 Grams Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Separate the wings into drums and flats. Season them with salt, pepper, cayenne, smoked paprika, oregano, melted butter, and lime or lemon juice.
  • Bake the seasoned wings in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for 20-25 minutes.
  • Mix the partially cooked wings with hot sauce, minced garlic, fresh parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake the coated wings in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for another 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve the crispy wings with a cheesy dip.
