Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, or garlic powder if you prefer less salt
  • 2 bags oyster crackers, about 16 ounces each
  • 1 ounce package dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200°F.
  • In a big bowl, whisk together 1 cup of oil, a packet of dry ranch dressing, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt (or powder if you want less salt), and a bit of dried dill.
  • Toss your oyster crackers into the mix. Make sure they're all nicely coated. Lay your coated crackers on a large baking sheet. Spread them out evenly.
  • Pop the sheet into the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes, give them a good stir, then bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Take them out and let them cool. They'll get crunchier as they cool down.
  • Once they're cool, dive in and enjoy the deliciousness! Store your Ranch Oyster Crackers in a sealed container for later snacking. Easy peasy!
