In a large bowl, combine broccoli, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese and crushed crackers.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the topping is golden.
