  • 2 10 oz packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup plus ½ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 can 10 ¾ oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 large egg beaten
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crackers crushed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine broccoli, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese and crushed crackers.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the topping is golden.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
