  • Muddler
  • Strainer
  • glass

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • 14 –16 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups seltzer water or club soda

Instructions

  • Muddle raspberries and mint leaves in the bottom of your glass.
  • Add simple syrup and lime juice to the muddled mixture.
  • Pour in the rum.
  • Add ice to the glass.
  • Top with club soda and stir well.
  • Garnish with extra raspberries, a lime wedge, and a mint sprig.
  • Optional: Add a cute paper straw for a fun touch.
