Whisk together eggs, milk, and hot sauce in a separate shallow bowl.
Heat oil in a frying or saut? pan until shimmering.
Coat crab in flour mixture, then dip in egg mixture, and dredge in flour again.
Fry crabs in hot oil for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Set fried crabs on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
