Ingredients

  • 1 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp garlic  finely chopped
  • 1/2 fresh lemon (juice)
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp pure olive oil
  • 1, 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  • Heat a cast iron skillet and add olive oil.
  • Add shrimp and cook until tender, then set aside.
  • Cook minced garlic for 2-3 minutes, ensuring it doesn't brown.
  • Pour in white wine and lemon juice, simmer until reduced by half.
  • Add Italian seasoning once the sauce is reduced.
  • Reduce heat and add butter, ensuring it doesn't separate.
  • Return shrimp to the skillet, add parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy!
