  • Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries, then remove their tops. Prepare the marshmallows and cooled brownie bites for assembly.
  • Thread the strawberries, brownie bites, and marshmallows onto the wooden skewers in your preferred pattern. Arrange the kabobs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
  • Transfer the melted chocolate to a piping bag or zip-top bag with a small corner snipped off. Drizzle over the kabobs and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.

Notes

  • Store-bought mini brownie bites can replace homemade brownie bites to save time.
  • Make sure the strawberries are completely dry before assembling the kabobs so the chocolate drizzle adheres better.
  • If preparing ahead, bake the brownies in advance and assemble closer to serving time.
  • Add the strawberries and chocolate drizzle shortly before serving for the freshest appearance.
  • For a festive touch, add colorful sprinkles or use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows before serving.
  • Refrigerate leftovers in a covered container and enjoy them as soon as possible for the best texture.
