Sumptuous Lobster Pizza Recipe

Equipment

  • Bowl for dough
  • Pizza stone (optional)
  • Pizza peel or pizza pan
  • Small Bowl
  • Spoon or brush
  • Medium bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp Fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated fontina cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1,1/2 cup lobster tail

Instructions

  • Place dough in a bowl and let it rest until it doubles in size, approximately 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 450°F with a pizza stone if using.
  • Punch down the dough and hand-stretch it into a circle, then place it on a well-floured pizza peel or pizza pan.
  • In a small bowl, combine minced garlic and olive oil, then spread the mixture over the dough.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cheeses. Sprinkle half of the cheese mixture over the dough.
  • Arrange lobster evenly over the cheese, then sprinkle with thyme and red pepper. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining cheeses.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the crust and top of the pizza are golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and serve with lemon wedges for a refreshing finish. Enjoy your delicious lobster pizza!

Notes

  • If you'd rather use store-bought dough, that's totally OK.
  • If you don't have wine, you can use seafood stock instead.
  • If you want, you can use parsley or basil slices instead of tarragon.
  • Adding shrimp or a variety of seafood to this pizza would make it even better.
