  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice cubes optional, for a thicker smoothie

  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
