Get ready for a delicious adventure with these Grilled Country Style Ribs! We start by generously rubbing them with a mix of ground cumin, oregano, black pepper, and other warm spices before tossing them on the grill. The result? A perfectly crusty exterior paired with a juicy, tender interior. Unlike the usual BBQ sauce, we’re exploring an alternative, though you’re welcome to add it if you fancy. The best part? No rib bones to navigate – just expertly seasoned meat!
If you’ve been following my BBQ escapades, you know ribs are my absolute favorite to grill. I’ve tackled spare ribs, baby backs, and even beef ribs, but country-style ribs are a new venture for me. This cut combines the best of both worlds – lean light meat from the loin and rich dark meat from the shoulder. With just a handful of ingredients, these country-style ribs are the epitome of simplicity, offering a delicious and comforting fall meal.
Imagine tender, meaty, and juicy bites with my Boneless Country Style Pork Ribs recipe – a true winner. The smokiness and slight char from the grill elevate these ribs to a whole new level. These are no ordinary ribs, my friend; forget about the beloved baby backs – these country-style ribs have become my top choice!
