  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup Almond Flour For coating the chicken
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce No sugar added, for topping
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella For melting on top
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning For flavoring
  • Salt to taste Salt For seasoning
  • Pepper to taste Black Pepper For seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For frying

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, about ½ inch thick.
  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Dredge the chicken in almond flour, coating both sides until evenly coated.
