- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts Boneless and skinless
- 1 cup Almond Flour For coating the chicken
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce No sugar added, for topping
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella For melting on top
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning For flavoring
- Salt to taste Salt For seasoning
- Pepper to taste Black Pepper For seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For frying
Instructions
