It’s a nutritious dish, rich in protein from the shrimp and clams, essential vitamins and minerals, and healthy fats from the butter and olive oil. However, it’s also important to consider the sodium content, especially if using salted butter.

I am going to serve this dish with Southern Cornbread and Whiskey Apple Cider Punch to make it wholesome or a full meal but you can serve it solely as appetizers as well.

  • 1 package of Sea To Table Wild Gulf Shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • a few turns of fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 pound clams
  • 1/4 cup white wine


  • Combine butter, roasted tomatoes, parsley, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes on one side, then flip.
