Hi Michelle, Thanks for your comment! Youโre absolutely rightโI didnโt clearly mention when to add the egg white. It should be added to the shaker along with the other ingredients before shaking. If you want a frothier texture, you can also do a 'dry shake' (shaking without ice first) before adding ice and shaking again. I appreciate your keen eye, and Iโll update the recipe for clarity.
