VARIATIONS:-

  • To skip the shrimp, just double the amount of crab meat. I used imitation crab.
  • Unagi sauce is a nice addition, though it’s optional. You can find it at Asian supermarkets; it’s also called eel sauce and adds a pleasant sweetness.
  • For extra crunch, sprinkle some butter-coated Panko breadcrumbs on top of the crab and shrimp mixture before baking or broiling!
